My stay at the hotel was a mix of ups and downs. The rooms were decent enough and spacious, but had small issues like a cracked tub and cigarette burns on the bedspread. The location was convenient with easy access to shopping malls, yet the strong smell of smoke in the hallways was unpleasant. The service was a bit of a hit or miss - some staff were very pleasant, while others were not particularly friendly. The dining experience offered good value with varied options, exceeding my low expectations for hotel free breakfasts.

Rooms

The rooms were spacious and decent enough despite minor issues like a cracked tub and cigarette burns on the bedspread. The ground-floor location next to the side entrance and parking lot was convenient but led to strong cigarette smoke odors.
Service
6.0
The service was a mix of experiences, with some staff being very pleasant while others were not particularly friendly. Some staff even asked if we wanted a copy of the checkout form.
Location
8.0
The location was quite convenient, being close to shopping malls and a market where I could easily buy various items and food. Additionally, it was handy to attractions like Wonderland and Vaughan Mills, about a half-hour drive from Toronto.
Dining
8.0
The dining experience was nice and provided good value with varied food options that exceeded my low expectations for hotel free breakfasts. The home-baked bread was a pleasant surprise.
Facilities

The facilities were satisfactory with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed, although they seemed a bit outdated. The service was a bit hit-or-miss, but the housekeeper who came twice on my last night was really helpful. The location was convenient, right off the highway with parking available, but the proximity to the airport and busy highway was a downside. The dining experience was minimal, with staff appearing unhappy, and I wished the service could have been better. However, the hotel was undergoing updates, and the facilities were satisfactory.

Rooms
7.0
The room, a king non-smoking, was what I expected from Comfort Inn - clean and comfortable, though not fancy. The shower was nice, providing everything we needed.
Service
6.0
The service overall was average, with some helpful and friendly staff, but others not so much. The check-in experience wasn't the best, but the housekeeper on my last night was great and made up for it.
Location
6.0
The hotel's location was convenient, just off the highway and relatively quiet with available parking. However, being beneath the nearby airport's flight route and next to a busy highway was a bit noisy and not ideal.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience left much to be desired, with minimal options and staff not looking particularly pleased. The service could have definitely been better, especially considering we were on vacation.
Facilities
7.0
Despite some ongoing updates, the facilities were satisfactory for a comfortable stay. Nothing particularly outstanding but met our basic needs.

The hotel is conveniently located for those needing to be in North York and close to Yorkdale shopping center. The rooms are decently clean, but some aspects like the cracked tub finish and cigarette burns on the bedspread can be improved. The service was friendly overall, except for a specific unfriendly encounter. The location is good if you need to be in North York, but some aspects were exceptionally bad. The dining experience, although the food was good, could have been better with more attentive service. The facilities need some attention and updating.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were clean overall, and I didn't notice any bugs or stains. They were spacious but could benefit from refurbishment in certain areas.
Service
6.0
The service was friendly overall, although there was one particular instance of rudeness.

The hotel offers a cozy stay with extremely comfortable beds and cleanliness, but some drawbacks like hair and gum in the room, and outdated cooler noise. Good for smokers with smoking rooms available, but limited coffee and fuzzy TV reception.

Rooms
7.0
The room was clean and the bed extremely comfortable, although I had to deal with dirty hair and chewing gum in the room. The outdated cooler was noisy with no off switch, and the room only had one coffee despite being booked for two people. The TV reception was fuzzy on most channels, which was a downside. However, having smoking rooms was a plus.
Service
5.0
The people were nice, but the service was not very helpful at check-in. There was a foul smell in the lobby that almost made me want to cancel my reservation. The room and washroom needed updating and were not clean. Additionally, there were no toothbrushes or slippers provided. The staff also offered me a single room instead of the double bed room I had booked, which was disappointing. Not being particularly friendly and not offering a checkout form copy were further letdowns.
Location
6.0
The hotel's only selling point is its proximity to shopping malls and markets where various items and food are conveniently available. While the location is comfortable, there were issues with the bathroom light, tub cocking, and evening noise. However, the round-the-clock coffee service was appreciated.
Dining
5.0
The breakfast included waffles, bagels, toast, hard-boiled eggs, cereal, and yogurt, sufficient but not exceptional.
Facilities
6.0
However, improvements in cleanliness and maintenance would enhance the overall experience.

The hotel was conveniently located close to Vaughan Mills Shopping Centre and Canada's Wonderland, right off Highway 400. The rooms were clean and spacious, but road noise was a minor issue. The service was friendly and helpful, although not very gracious. Dining options were good, with a surprising variety of hot items for breakfast. Overall, a nice and convenient location with some minor drawbacks.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were large, clean, and the bed was comfortable. The only downside was the road noise.
Service

My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing. The rooms were filthy dirty with bedbugs, and nothing was done about it by the management. Spending over $1400 at this property, I expected better service and conditions. The room temperature couldn't go below 27 Celsius, and the whole place was in serious need of an upgrade.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were in terrible condition, filthy dirty, and infested with bedbugs.
Service
5.0
The service was not the friendliest. We were handed a business card and told to submit complaints by email. It could have been more accommodating, especially for tired travelers.
Location
5.0
The location was right next to a busy highway and beneath the flight route of the nearby Pearson International Airport. This was a major downside for our family of six, including a 3-month-old baby.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was minimal at best, with staff not looking pleased as they cleaned up after guests. The options were limited and left much to be desired.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities were lacking, and the whole property seemed outdated and overdue for a revamp.
